Welcome!
Organized in 1976, with approval from the Vancouver Board of Parks and Recreation and affiliated with Douglas Park Community Centre, the Queen Elizabeth Tennis Club is run by the Club Executives assisted by member volunteers.
The Queen Elizabeth Tennis Club (QETC) administers recreational tennis and encourages all members to mingle and play with players of varying skills, without losing sight of the limitations of their own playing ability. Join us for adult doubles play at all levels, 4 tournaments, 4 social nights, and tons of fun!
SIGN-UP BOARD
Get ready to play. The Club has a Sign-Up Board, and by placing your name tag on the playing board, you have the opportunity to mix and mingle with players of varying levels: beginners, intermediate, and advance. To ensure a smooth transition for new members or drop-in guests, the Club Executives will be available on the courts to answer questions, give an orientation or provide general information.

PLAYING TIMES & COURTS
From May to September, courts #10-16 at the Queen Elizabeth Park Tennis Courts are reserved on Tuesday and Friday at 5:00pm to dusk for the QETC.
As a general rule, courts #10 and 11 will be reserved for beginners. The Club encourages everyone to mingle and play with players of varying skills, without losing sight of the limitations of their own playing abilities.
Should rain occur, games will be cancelled. We do not have an "offical" call out as it is difficult to predict overcast weather conditions close to start time.
Please check the local forecast for updated weather conditions.
